A Cornish Wedding

Saturday 17th July 2021, I travelled across the border to Cornwall for the marriage of Matt Coles and Isy Heals. Oh my what a day they had, I can't even begin to say how much I loved their day.

"You are the fairest of them all"

From the moment I arrived and met the Bridal Party, I just knew I was set for an amazing day. I can't say I've been with a group of girls as relaxed as Isy's, Hair was curled, Prosecco was sipped and drawings happened by the youngest brides maid (mostly).

They smiled, laughed and just enjoyed those final moments of Miss Isy Heal.

When 2 shall become 1

We travelled to the beautiful St Clether church which seem to be situated in the middle of the wonderful Cornish countryside. This church has many family memories as Isy's father later explained.

The ceremony was a tight squeeze as the church is small, with restrictions meaning it couldn't use all the pews, this didn't take away from the emotions and smiles after Mr and Mrs Coles said 'I do'.

The Newly Weds

Matt and Isy have been heavenly involved in young farmers and tug of war, during their time together. This has meant they were given a guard of honour the royal family would be proud of. Now it's Time for the CONFETTI LINE... one of my favourite parts of any wedding day.

Wedding Reception

Our final Stop took us a little further into Cornwall (not that far mind) to a little field next to Isy and Matts home. What a setting this was! A beautifully decorated marquee which looked over various farms and fields around Cornwall, as many guests were telling each other throughout the afternoon. The sun just kept shining, some may have gotten burnt.. me included, I'd say it was worth it though. from the moment the guests arrived the kids didn't stop running and playing. I think they had the best day out of us all.

Mr and Mrs Coles

Whilst the guests enjoyed canapes and drinks, Me, Matt and Isy took a drive up to local rocky moorland area, which has the most spectacular views of Cornwall you could imagine, here gave them time to themselves and some lovely private photos with me, It was just spectacular. Did I say, Isy mastered tor walking in heels!

Dancing the Night away

Day is turning into night, the day has been marvellous and the evening guests are arriving, so we thought it's time to dish out the cake and get a spring back in our feet. lets have a dance.

Its Been a Blast

I can honestly say, It's been a blast. I might have been working all day although it didn't feel like it. I was as much a guest as everyone else was. I wish Isy and Matt the very best as their next adventure begins as husband and wife. Congratulations and Best wishes. X
